Frequently Asked Questions
All our packages include two suited and booted Videographers, who will always arrive with a smile on their face. We will make sure you have met all members of the team who will be present on your day prior to the wedding.
Depending on your needs we can arrive as early or late as you like. Times will be discussed on booking. We will always depart on the evening after your first dance or at 9pm (whichever comes first).
A £250 deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining payment is then due around 28 days prior to your wedding.

‘Save The Date’ is our take on a digital wedding invite and is included in all our packages. Once you have booked your wedding video you can send us a selection of photographs. These will be incorporated into a digital video that you can send to your guests as a wedding invite ‘teaser’ A few examples can be found on our blog.
A Standard DVD is a professionally authored disk in a standard CD sized case. The standard disk is white with gold text on your cover.
A deluxe DVD includes personalised menus and is presented in a special keepsake handcrafted wooden case.
You will receive your wedding trailer approximately 1 week after your big day. This will be sent to you digitally via email or on your chosen social media accounts. Your final wedding DVD can be expected around 6-8 weeks post wedding dependent on the time of year.
All our wedding videos both online and offline are provided in the highest possible definition. However we do not currently offer Blu-Ray as we feel DVDs are just as effective!
